LOAN ORIGINATION – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WHOLESALE LENDING DIVISION
As a wholesale loan originator (an Account Executive) job requirements will consist of:
- Conducting outside sales calls to mortgage Brokers originating applications and loan packages.
- Providing Brokers with loan products and guidelines, review files and confirm proper completion for closing.
- Soliciting sales by spending a minimum of 3 days a week in the field.
- Working effectively underwriting and funding departments to ensure timely closings.
- Ideal candidates will bring a customer service mindset and strong work ethic.
- Sales experience is preferred.
