Mortgage Processor
AAR Funding Corp. is always looking for motivated self-starting individuals to work as Mortgage Processors. The main duties of a loan processor include:
- Coordinating with Loan Officers Brokers, underwriters, various lenders, attorneys, and title companies to expedite closings. Positions range from junior to senior level.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and senior management.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- 1 – 2+ years experience in loan processing and knowledge of Calyx Point.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and processing a pipeline of loan applications from origination to funding.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company’s policies and procedures.
- Review and approve pending loan conditions.
- Respond to phone inquiries from the client and Brokers on pending loans in process to expedite timely closings.
- Keep informed of market trends and programs developing in the market.
